Selected work
Regional sales dashboard
Store managers were pulling weekly numbers by hand from six different reports. I modeled the sales data in dbt and built a single dashboard that let regional leads compare stores in real time.
- -9 hrs of manual reporting removed per region, per week
- +6.4% like-for-like sales after underperforming stores were flagged early
- 18 regional managers onboarded in the first month
Customer churn model
The customer success team was reactive — they found out about churn after the cancellation email. I built a scoring model on usage and billing data and shipped a weekly at-risk list.
- 0.81 ROC-AUC on 90-day churn prediction
- -14% reduction in quarterly churn after rollout
- 3x more accounts saved per success rep, per month
Marketing mix & A/B test analysis
Marketing spend was split across five channels with no clear read on return. I ran a marketing-mix analysis alongside a set of landing-page experiments to reallocate budget toward what actually drove orders.
- +22% conversion rate on the winning landing page variant
- $310K annualized savings from reallocated ad spend
- 95% confidence threshold used across all shipped tests
Experience log
- Managed and organized an Excel dataset to track damaged equipment by campaign for March and April, then created a Power BI dashboard to visualize equipment-related data.
- Troubleshot and resolved basic hardware and software issues on computers used by call center agents, helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conducted daily morning inspections across production rooms to identify missing equipment and technical issues, then documented and communicated findings to the supervisor.
- Processed employee resignation document requests, ensuring requests were properly handled and coordinated before IT department clearance.
- Assisted call center agents with fingerprint registration during the company's transition to an upgraded attendance logging system.
- Suggested troubleshooting approaches and possible solutions to fellow interns when supervisors or senior IT staff were unavailable.
- Contributed to AI model training projects via Mindrift, a BCG platform connecting domain experts with generative AI development.
- Evaluated and annotated AI-generated text responses for accuracy, coherence, and relevance based on structured task guidelines.
- Conducted comparative analysis between multiple AI outputs to rank quality and provide structured feedback.
- Applied data analysis skills to identify patterns in model errors and inconsistencies across annotation tasks.
